Scalding is an important process for birds defeathering effect, and the quality of final products is directly influenced by the effect of scalding.
Poultry Scalding Machine adopts steam heating by heat exchange method and is equipped with automatic temperature controlling system for avoiding over-scalding. It is also designed with water agitation system by air blowing and equipped with automatic water replenishing system. By means of a controlled injection of air into the water through distributed air nozzles, a consistent and powerful turbulence is achieved to form the water agitation and tumbling state and make the water temperature uniform. When the birds passes between the agitated bubbles and the water, the feathers and the body is sufficiently immersed for optimum scalding effect.
