3.Installation and using method
1. Firstly, the equipment should be placed on a solid and stable surface according to the production requirements, and fixed securely.
2. Turn on the power (380V) and press the start button to see if the blade is turned correctly (that is, clockwise from left to right), otherwise you should reconnect.
3. After starting the machine, check whether the motor and blade rotate smoothly and whether the whole machine is vibrated. If there is any abnormality, use it after inspection and elimination.
4. During use, the operator should sit in front of the fixed axis of the splitter and push the split product along the fixed axis towards the blade with both hands until the product is split.
5. After finishing the operation, press the stop button to cut off the power supply, and flush the dirt on the blade fixed shaft and base with water to facilitate the normal production of the next shift.
Warning: When working, the operator must be careful not to touch the blade with his hands or other parts of the body to avoid accidents!
