2. Basic structure and working principle

The poultry hair removal machine is mainly composed of a power transmission mechanism, a water spray guiding mechanism and the like. The power transmission mechanism is mainly composed of a box body, a motor, a belt, a pulley, a bearing chamber, and the like, and the main function is to drive the depilation disk to perform a rotary motion.

The box adjusting mechanism is mainly composed of a height adjusting mechanism, a width adjusting mechanism and an angle adjusting mechanism. The purpose is to adjust the box to a state suitable for hair removal.

The spray pipe of the guide frame is evenly distributed with 4MM water holes to spray the bird body, and the water spray pipe simultaneously guides, and the guide frame can be adjusted as needed.

During work, the hook on the flow conveyor line enters the two boxes with the bird body, and the upper guiding mechanism limits the hook and the bird body to a certain position, and there are many rotating unloading plates inside the hair removal machine. There are many hair sticks on the disc, and the rotation directions of the two adjacent discs are opposite. The hair removal discs can be adjusted by the adjustment mechanism, and the hair removal of the bird body is achieved by the friction between the hair removal rod and the bird body.
